In The Spirit's Power #2 - Sutton, AK
How has God equipped you to be a participant in the work of His Kingdom?
Practically, what does it look like to live a life that yields to, and participates in, the work of the Holy Spirit?
In this second of the six Dunamis Project conferences, In the Spirit’s Power, you will look at what Scripture teaches about how God's Spirit calls us to cooperate with him, becoming people who change the world for the glory of Jesus Christ.
You will learn how you can cooperate with the Holy Spirit, how God uniquely gifts you through his Holy Spirit, and look at how this applies to you as an individual and as part of the Church.
Comments from recent participants:

Judy attended her first Dunamis Project retreat in 1994 in Alaska where she was immediately deeply engaged with the teaching that answered her need to have a scriptural basis for experiences she had with the Holy Spirit. It was such a refreshing time for her.
The years of solid evangelical Bible teaching from church on one hand, and her exciting experiences in charismatic circles on the other hand, all came together in an integrated way, providing her with a scriptural and theological grid to move forward with God.
In the years since, she has found PRMI retreats and the Dunamis community an environment suited for both challenging growth and loving support in learning to walk with God in ministry.
Rev. Cindy Strickler
Cindy served on the PRMI Board of Directors for 5 years. In 2002 she helped establish the PRMI Dunamis Fellowship and is now the Director of the Fellowship. In that role, she helps discern gifting and enables members to find their place in this Kingdom work.
Cindy also directs the Advanced Ministry Courses that provide equipping for members of the Dunamis Fellowship. She also determines the teaching teams for the Dunamis Project equipping events in the United States.
Rev. Dr. Dale R. Shillington
Dale is pastor of discipleship at Cornerstone Church in Anchorage, Alaska. He has served in full-time ministry since 1978, and has been active with the Alaska Dunamis Projects since 2010.
He believes that God designed the gospel of Christ to grow people through the fullness of the Holy Spirit. His passion is to teach people how to receive, listen to and cooperate with the Holy Spirit, so that the Church will advance the Kingdom of Christ as an embodied witness of His glory manifested on earth.
Rev. MJ Quick
MJ Quick has pastored in Anchorage Alaska with his wife Maria and two children Alexis and Gabby since 1999. He is currently pastoring at Jewel Lake Church of the Nazarene where he has been since 2013.
Before that he planted a church on the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) campus and was there for 10 years. He was born and raised in Soldotna, a small south-central Alaskan town where his parents still live.
He is passionate about Harley Davidson Motorcycles and spends much of his spare time (when the roads are not covered in ice) riding his Harley all over Alaska and the Yukon."
If you have not attended Dunamis Project 1: Gateways to Empowered Ministry, a brief summary will be offered at "Gateways Makeup." There you will have a chance to review the fundamentals of Dunamis and what it means to be empowered by the Holy Spirit.
